Carrols Corporation seeks an Assistant Manager for Burger King®. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while driving guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will partner with the RGM to optimize operations, manage inventory, and uphold BK® standards, with a hands-on leadership approach and focus on developing people and performance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Maintain BK brand standards and drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Support profitability by managing inventory and cash controls.
