KBP Brands, parent of KFC restaurants, seeks an Assistant General Manager for its Ohio operation. The role focuses on leadership, guest service, and daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional experiences and profitability.

You will train and coach teams, manage inventory and costs, uphold safety standards, and drive continuous improvement while advancing your career within a growing quick-service organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, standing, and maneuvering in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
