KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Liberty Township, OH. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations with a focus on profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk all shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
