KBP Brands, operator of KFC restaurants, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Defiance, Ohio. You will lead, train, and coach a team, oversee daily operations, and uphold food quality and safety standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of AGM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts, operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
