Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Ohio. You will lead, train, and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

With at least 1 year in a food-service leadership role and availability to close, you will drive daily operations, control labor and food costs, and ensure a safe, clean, and inviting dining environment, benefiting from internal growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for full shifts, maneuver in compact spaces, operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
