KBP Brands, owner of KFC restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Texas to lead daily operations, coach the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain food quality and safety standards.

You'll drive labor and food cost management, schedule, and training, while delivering memorable dining experiences and upholding company policies. This role offers growth opportunities through internal leadership development and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
