Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach the team to a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver guest service excellence and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift challenges.
