Job summary

KBP Brands, owner of KFC locations, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced environment. Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage daily operations, and drive profitability with strong people leadership.

The role offers training, career growth paths, PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, and employee discounts. You’ll close shifts several nights weekly and help uphold food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of AGM experience with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
