Job summary

KBP Brands, operator of KFC restaurants, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role offers growth through an internal leadership development program and a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage inventory and costs, and uphold food quality and safety standards while fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to ensure a positive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
