Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Niro community in Phoenix, AZ. You will support daily operations, handle maintenance coordination, lease activity, and deliver five-star resident service to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in multifamily property management, strong customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with property management systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Assistant Community Manager or Assistant Manager in multifamily property management.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build resident relationships.
• Strong administrative and accounting skills for documentation, reporting and daily operations.
• Proven leasing and sales skills to drive occupancy goals and renewals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership to support team development and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage community accounting activities: deposits, collections, rent input, weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure legal documents are processed and served to residents.
• Assist in lease transactions: prepare leases, review applicant history, process move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to inquiries about community, repairs, rent, and policies.
• Contribute to community cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist in planning resident functions and leasing responsibilities as needed.
