This full-time role requires at least 2 years of multifamily property management experience and strong leasing, customer service, and accounting skills. You will handle leases, resident relations, and daily operations to drive occupancy and a high-quality resident experience.

The position offers base pay of $26.00–$27.00 per hour, plus bonuses based on operational metrics and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Assistant Manager in multifamily property management.
• Strong customer service skills to build positive relationships and support resident experience.
• Strong administrative and accounting skills for documentation, financial processes, reporting, and daily operations.
• Proven leasing and sales skills to drive lead conversion and occupancy goals.
• Excellent organization and time management to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage community accounting activities: deposits, collections, rental payments, reports, and monthly financials.
• Ensure all legal documents are processed and served to residents.
• Assist in lease transactions: prepare leases, review applicant history and credit approvals, process move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Provide information about the community, repairs, rent, and policies.
