Performance Foodservice is seeking a salesperson to develop independent account business and improve profitability through new sales and account penetration. The role includes promoting company branded products and supporting customer service activities for regional or national chain customers.

As part of a team, you will contribute to increasing market share, coordinate with various departments, and perform duties that best serve the company.

Formación

• 6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Generates additional business through analyzing sales territory and customers; samples products and plans sales strategy.
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Sets up new customer accounts, determines pricing and coordinates deliveries.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating with center personnel and resolving issues.
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration.
• Monitors accounts for credit terms and follows up on issues.
• Maintains awareness of pricing trends to ensure competitive pricing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
