You will partner with local teams to improve response times, strengthen referral networks, and enhance the center’s online presence while guiding a patient-focused admissions strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process and ensure timely follow-up on leads and referral response times.
• Build relationships with referral sources and expand market share through community marketing initiatives.
• Manage the nursing center's online presence and reputation, including patient reviews and Google rating targets.
• Lead efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care processes.
• Aim for higher conversion in referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit metrics and drive admission strategies.
