Rosslin Media in Raleigh is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of key accounts and support Senior Account Managers. You’ll contribute to strategic plans and help manage promotions and client communications.

You will handle pricing, data analysis, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration to ensure excellent customer outcomes. Permanent, on-site role with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales and account management within a similar market/industry.
• Familiar with client-based systems and promotion proposals.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growth.
• Good attention to detail, high numeracy, and intermediate MS Office skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
• Positive and 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across a portfolio of key accounts and support Senior Account Managers.
• Assist with meeting prep, promotional plans, data analysis and admin.
• Handle pricing, logistics and invoicing queries.
• Conduct post-promotional analysis and forecasting support.
• Manage a portfolio of medium-sized accounts (~£5M p.a).
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Customer Service to deliver strong customer outcomes.
