Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Raleigh seeks an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver white-glove service, and drive sales growth. This role covers in-store interactions, phone calls, and home visits to ensure account health and customer satisfaction.

You will conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due), complete deliveries and pickups, maintain showroom standards, and build lasting customer relationships while adhering to RAC values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet targets.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and home-based customer service.
• Generate new rental agreements and contribute to sales growth.
• Ensure showroom standards and comply with safety guidelines.
