Hope Utilities in West Virginia is seeking a Senior Associate Business Development Account Manager to support customer growth initiatives across assigned service areas. You will assist with outreach, track growth projects, prepare contracts, and coordinate with departments to advance opportunities from inquiry through completion.

The role builds knowledge of customer needs and gas service requirements while delivering reliable, responsive service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years in customer service, sales, business development, utility ops, or related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years in related field

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing and coordinating mainline extension and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers and internal partners.
• Track growth projects, follow up on open items, approvals, and commitments.
• Coordinate with PREP, Construction, Land, Environmental, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Assist with preparing customer contracts and documentation for growth projects.
• Identify growth opportunities and conduct outreach to customers in areas of development.
• Support acceptance of natural gas solutions by communicating project information, service options, and next steps.
• Provide timely customer service and relay project information to supervisors and departments.
• Assist with HIPS and GasStar month-end billing true-up spreadsheets as assigned.
• May support team members by contributing professional knowledge to assigned tasks.
