• Experience negotiating and closing commercial deals, including renewals and upsell/expansion.
• Experience managing a book or portfolio of multiple active customer accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI platform, or related technology markets.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 15–30 active customer accounts across CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software.
• Manage day-to-day health, retention, renewal, and expansion of accounts.
• Coordinate internal resources (solutions architects, technical managers, support, product) to resolve issues and unlock growth.
• Lead renewals and expansions across infrastructure and software, forecasting portfolio revenue and pipeline.
