Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection targets.
• Deliver and pickup merchandise, ensuring showroom and company vehicle upkeep.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, on calls, and at customers’ homes; drive sales growth.
• Support account health with accurate use of management tools and timely payments.
