Job summary

MyCareer+ is seeking an experienced Account Executive in San Francisco to manage and expand marketing and sales efforts in the home health sector. The role involves driving referral growth and strengthening relationships with providers.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or business development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. The position offers a competitive salary range of $65K–$250K+, along with health benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing or business development experience, preferably in home health or post-acute care.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral networks.
• Experience supervising or managing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily marketing and business development activities within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
• Negotiate service contracts and reimbursement agreements.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis and develop strategic marketing plans.
• Support budgeting and forecasting of volume projections.
• Implement marketing initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
