Job summary

MyCareer+ is seeking an Account Executive in San Francisco to lead marketing and sales for home health and hospice services. You will manage territory growth, build referral networks, and negotiate payer contracts to maximize reimbursement and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing or business development experience.
• Prior experience in sales or account management strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral networks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Experience supervising or managing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily marketing and business development activities within assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, SNFs, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Negotiate service contracts and reimbursement agreements with payers.
• Ensure maximum third-party reimbursement through payer engagement and contract negotiation.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis and develop strategic marketing plans.
• Support budgeting and forecasting of volume projections in collaboration with leadership.
• Recruit, train, and oversee members of the marketing/sales team as needed.
• Monitor community and payer perceptions to ensure brand reputation and service quality.
