Job summary

MyCareer+ is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support the growth of a state-licensed home health agency in San Francisco. This role requires expanding referral partnerships and managing business development activities with an existing client base.

The ideal candidate should have a proven background in healthcare sales, strong relationship-building skills, and at least 3 years of experience in home health or post-acute care. The role includes competitive salary plus incentives and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing or business development experience, preferably in home health or post-acute care.
• Prior experience in sales or account management strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral networks.
