Fidler and Associates is seeking an executive to oversee the financial health of two practices in Sacramento. You will monitor key financial indicators, build rolling projections, identify risks early, and maintain disciplined performance oversight to support sustainable profitability.

In parallel, you will lead Growth Strategy and Marketing, set referral targets, manage the Marketing Specialist, and drive physician recruiting while safeguarding clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial health of two practices with rolling projections and KPI tracking.
• Lead growth strategy, marketing direction, and referal targets with execution oversight.
• Manage Practice Manager and SVS Manager with accountability for KPIs.
• Recruit physicians and support clinical productivity while maintaining standards.
• Provide advisory input to Dr. Reeves and prepare decision-ready summaries.
