Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience required.
• Healthcare financial leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement models and revenue cycle management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s financial strategy and long-term fiscal planning.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting.
• Provide oversight of revenue cycle operations and implement improvement strategies.
