Job summary

Clarity Clinic is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead FP&A and strategic finance for a multi-location private practice. You will drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and site P&Ls while partnering with department heads to shape payer rates and provider compensation.

The role reports to the Controller, supports Sage Intacct integration, and builds models for new sites and service lines. Strong Excel, ERP experience, and data storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A/strategic finance experience with operating FP&A exposure.
• Strong written communication and ability to partner with department heads.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting with department heads using driver-based models.
• Maintain rolling forecast, surface risks and opportunities 60–90 days out.
• Develop site P&Ls and provider productivity analyses.
• Model de novo sites and service-line economics; analyze payer rate changes.
• Provide board and lender reporting packages; act as finance partner to leaders.
