Job summary

Health Link seeks a Director of Finance to own financial performance across all three branches in the San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time role sits in a high-impact position, shaping reporting, controls, and forecasting, while guiding the accounting team and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior finance with direct P&L ownership, strong GAAP knowledge, and proven ability to design financial systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior finance role with P&L ownership and team management.
• Experience building financial systems, reporting, and controls.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and multi-site or multi-entity close.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting with branch-level reporting.
• Develop financial controls, approval workflows, and cost-tracking systems.
• Direct the accounting function: AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, close, and team.
• Manage cash flow, banking, lender relations, and vendor/insurance contracts.
• Oversee revenue cycle performance: A/R days, denials, collections, Medicare reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and state requirements.
• Provide regular performance reporting and forecasts to ownership.
