Based in the US with in-person attendance required at one of our listed offices, this role combines financial modeling, analytics, and business judgment to inform resource allocation and growth initiatives across campaigns and products.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in strategic finance/FP&A or similar analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Own key Growth Finance reporting and performance management processes.
• Improve and scale Finance processes through automation and AI.
• Evaluate investments across performance marketing and product-led growth initiatives.
• Build financial models translating questions into structured frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Accounting, Marketing, Product to drive growth insights.
