Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced quantitative modeling techniques.
• Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build fluency across the Money and Growth org by rotating through roughly 5 distinct team assignments over the program, each with its own stakeholders, metrics, and strategic priorities.
• Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes.
• Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to inform leadership decision-making and influence core business direction.
