Robinhood’s Corporate Finance team seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to shape financial strategy and scale operations. You’ll translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and drive planning and forecasting across the business.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll implement processes, automate reporting, and partner with senior leaders to guide financial decisions and efficiency initiatives as Robinhood grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–3 years in FP&A, investment banking, finance, or management consulting.
• Strong communication and ability to present solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with big-picture focus.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes: forecasting, budgeting, reporting.
• Distill insights for leadership and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Own annual planning, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify process improvements and cost-efficiency measures.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure to support growth.
