Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical role.
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving to structure analyses and recommendations.
• High ownership and independence; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work end-to-end.
• Strong data and communication skills; able to work with large datasets and communicate with senior leaders.
• AI-first mindset with experience using automation or AI to speed up reporting and analytics processes.

Responsibilities

• Own key Growth Finance reporting and performance management, delivering insights to Finance and senior leadership.
• Scale Finance processes through automation and AI; improve reporting depth and efficiency.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to evaluate investments and allocate resources.
• Build financial models and analyses translating business questions into structured frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Accounting, Marketing, and Product to drive data-driven insights.
