Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst for Growth & Marketing to partner with Growth and Marketing, combining financial modeling, analytics, and business judgment to guide investment decisions. You will own high-impact analyses and leadership reporting while advancing Finance processes through automation and AI.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical role.
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills to structure analyses and provide clear recommendations.
• High ownership, ability to manage multiple priorities and drive from question to recommendation.
• Strong data skills to work with large datasets and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• AI-first mindset with curiosity about emerging tools to accelerate analytical processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth Finance reporting and performance management, delivering insights to Finance and leadership.
• Scale Finance processes through automation and AI, expanding analytical depth and scalable workflows.
• Evaluate investments across performance marketing and product-led growth, with clear financial recommendations.
• Build financial models translating business questions into structured frameworks evaluating ROI, payback, growth, and revenue.
• Partner with Data Science, Accounting, Marketing, Product and others to improve measurement and support Growth initiatives.
