Robinhood is seeking a Credit Business Analyst, Growth to own growth strategies for the credit card program in the US. You will work with credit, product and operations to design campaigns and model NPV-driven growth, targeting customer acquisition.

Based in our New York, Menlo Park, or DC offices with in-person attendance 3 days per week, you will translate data insights into scalable initiatives and communicate results to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience building and leading acquisition and growth initiatives for credit card or other lending products.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, R, or Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

• Collaborate with partners across product, operations, and engineering to build campaigns with high response rates.
• Use NPV models to design a growth strategy delivering a resilient customer mix.

• Oversee, build, and monitor marketing campaigns, using feedback loops to improve performance.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership, product managers, and engineering partners.
