Job summary

EY is seeking a Sales Executive – Associate Director in Nashville to lead growth across Banking and Insurance accounts. You will own client relationships, drive pipeline, and steer account strategy with cross-functional teams to close deals and grow revenue.

You’ll operate in a matrixed environment, leveraging EY capabilities and industry knowledge to deliver client value, with a blend of in-person and client-facing engagement in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven record of selling complex digital/technology/managed services to C-level executives.
• Strategic, large account management experience.
• Strong client management and executive presence.
• Knowledge of sales tools, methodologies and go-to-market models including social media.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales impact through personal sales contribution and deal origination goals; own client relationships, pipeline development, and account operations.
• Externally focused (~80%) with clients; develop sales strategy, pursuits and account planning.
• Develop and drive sales and growth strategy at assigned accounts with cross-functional teams.
