Job summary

Fleetio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Growth engineering squads focused on activation, adoption, and monetization across the customer journey. You will partner with Product, Design, Data, and Analytics to identify high-leverage opportunities and run high-quality experiments that translate into measurable business outcomes.

This remote role is open to candidates in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as a manager or technical people leader.
• Proven experience leading growth-focused SaaS engineering orgs with experimentation, onboarding, activation, and monetization.
• Deep experience designing and operating experimentation programs including A/B testing and analysis.
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics/event-data tooling (Snowflake, Segment, Growthbooks) and coaching on instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth 1 and Growth 2 engineering squads with a shared growth mission and roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leadership to identify technical opportunities and shape roadmap priorities.
• Improve engineering velocity while maintaining quality, reliability, and customer experience.
• Manage ~7 direct reports, coaching engineers into growth-focused roles with strong product intuition.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent for the Growth org.
