Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join its Growth Engineering team in the United States. In this remote role, you will focus on enhancing user engagement through careful research and implementation of personalized onboarding experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Ruby on Rails experience, alongside strong skills in ReactJS and Typescript. You will work collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Ops to increase adoption of Fleetio's products.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ReactJS and Typescript.
• Experience in a Growth engineering team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, design, and build features that drive user adoption.
• Create user experiences to increase engagement from trial users.
• Build systems for customized onboarding during the trial period.
