Fleetio is seeking a product-minded Software Engineer for the Growth Engineering team. You will build features across the product to help users discover value, adopt new workflows, and manage fleets.

The role emphasizes experimentation, collaboration, and delivering high-quality software that drives customer growth and retention. This remote opportunity is open to candidates in the United States, Canada, or Mexico, and reports to Growth Engineering.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building web apps with React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and feature flags.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with PM, Designers, and Data Ops to ship high-quality features.
• Design onboarding flows that drive product adoption and engagement.
• Build experiments to validate ideas and measure impact.
• Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
