Job summary

onX is seeking a Director of Growth Engineering to lead Growth engineering teams across iOS, Android, and Web, driving user acquisition, activation, and conversion. You will align strategy with product, marketing, and data teams, ensuring scalable, secure systems while maintaining high engineering standards and ambitious ARR growth.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, experimentation, and AI-enabled innovation, with a distributed US workforce and two MT HQs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical leadership within growth teams (mobile and web).
• Experience coordinating marketing, product, and engineering across platforms.
• Proven SDLC practices including testing, code reviews, and observability.
• Experience managing subscription lifecycles and payment integrations.
• Collaboration with data/BI for measurements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year Growth Engineering strategy aligned with goals.
• Oversee scalable, secure growth systems and establish technical standards.
• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and Engineers across platforms.
• Coordinate with UA/MA and BI teams to align engineering with business metrics.
