Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Mobile Growth Manager to own and scale app acquisition and growth channels. This role involves hands-on campaign building, testing, and optimization across mobile platforms, working with creative, product, lifecycle marketing, and data science teams.

You will drive measurable growth in installs, activation, and revenue through a data-driven, experimentation-first approach. We are investing in mobile growth and looking to scale significantly with a focus on performance

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing mobile growth campaigns across major platforms.
• Ability to design and run experiments to improve install, activation, retention and monetization.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution constraints (SKAN, MMPs) and decision making with imperfect data.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new channels from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns).
• Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-end.
• Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad creatives.
• Design and run experiments to improve CPI, CAC, LTV and retention.
• Work with product and lifecycle teams to optimize onboarding and conversion flows.
• Build and leverage attribution frameworks to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Analyze performance and scale high-performing channels while cutting underperformers.
• Stay up to date with platform changes and privacy updates.
