You will shape strategy, set architectural standards, and mentor multiple platform teams while partnering with marketing and data teams to maximize ARR and LTV.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical leadership on growth-focused teams.
• Experience leading mobile and web platforms.
• Proven SDLC, testing, observability in high-velocity environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year Growth Engineering Strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee architecture of highly available, secure growth systems and standards.
• Lead Engineering Managers and software engineers across backend, mobile, and web.
• Collaborate with UA and Marketing Automation to align engineering with campaigns.
• Bridge Growth data with BI to ensure accurate measurements of growth funnel events.
