Job summary
onXmaps is seeking a Director of Growth Engineering to lead Growth engineering teams focused on user acquisition, activation, and conversion across iOS, Android, and Web. You will align with growth product and marketing, shaping scalable platforms while improving ARR and LTV with strong engineering practices.
The role requires 4+ years in technical leadership within mobile/web environments, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to AI-driven experimentation and scalable
Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical leadership across growth teams in mobile and web.
- Experience coordinating with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Proven SDLC practices in high-velocity environments (testing, code review, incident response, observability).
- Experience with subscription lifecycles and payment integrations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year Growth Engineering Strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee architecture of highly available growth systems and standards.
- Lead and develop Engineering Managers and Software Engineers across backend, mobile, and web.
- Collaborate with UA/MA, Data Engineering, and BI to tie engineering work to marketing and analytics.
