Job summary

onXmaps, Inc. seeks a Senior Web Platform Manager to own the strategy, performance, and evolution of onxmaps.com and related web properties. You will align Growth Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver a fast, measurable, high-converting web experience driving onX growth.

This senior IC role may build and lead a small team as the function scales, reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing. Requires cross-functional collaboration and a passion for AI-enabled optimization.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in web marketing, digital strategy, website management, or web product management.
• Strong CRO and A/B testing background with tools like VWO or Optimizely.
• Proficiency in web analytics GA4 and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of how web architecture and content strategy impact search performance.
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-vertical web ecosystems.
• Ability to build and run scalable web operations.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms and content architecture.
• Experience with Core Web Vitals, page speed, accessibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bias for action and experimentation.
• Curiosity for AI technologies.
• US work authorization and travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Own onxmaps.com and associated web properties roadmap.
• Drive growth through traffic, conversion, and engagement.
• Lead A/B/multivariate experiments on landing pages and CTAs.
• Set KPIs and report with GA4 and Tableau.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Vertical Marketing teams.
• Ensure SEO and AI-driven discovery channels.
• Establish scalable web production processes.
• Partner with Engineering and design on CMS architecture.
• Oversee web project pipeline end-to-end.
• Manage external agency and vendor relations.
