Job summary

Town is seeking a Growth Engineer to build and optimize Town’s self-propelling growth engine. You’ll own the invite flow, conversion funnel, dashboards, and experiments to move metrics and revenue. This is a high-leverage, product-focused role that collaborates across GTM and business teams to drive growth.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and sales to ship fast, iterate, and improve virality, monetization, and enterprise readiness in a fast-moving, in-person, SF-based environment.

• Experience shipping real product with growth impact.
• Strong metrics mindset and dashboard ownership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with GTM & business teams.

Responsibilities

• Improve invite flow and product virality to accelerate user growth.
• Own conversion funnel from free to paid and from individuals to teams.
• Design upgrade paths to ensure team landings with multiple active members.
• Build enterprise readiness features (admin controls, enterprise SSO) and relevant upsell flows.
