Grid Health, a venture-backed health-technology company, seeks a growth-focused leader to own the funnel end to end—from demand generation to CRM hygiene. You will build automation, integrations, and dashboards as code, creating demand rather than merely capturing it.

You will target health-system leaders (CMIO, CAIO, CIO, CFO, CDO) and drive qualified meetings and pipeline with multichannel outreach and experiments that improve reply and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Experience running B2B outbound that generated real pipeline and growth.
• Hands-on with GTM automation, enrichment, and outbound tooling.
• Ability to wire together tools without a separate marketer or engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own the full funnel from demand generation to CRM hygiene.
• Build the tooling, automation, integrations, and dashboards as code.
• Identify and target hospital AI leaders (CMIO, CAIO, CIO, CTO).
• Drive meetings and pipeline through multichannel outreach and experiments.
