Responsibilities

• Build Neon’s go-to-market engine alongside the head of GTM and CEO.
• Create content that drives thought leadership and demand.
• Spin up growth systems: SEO, paid ads, retargeting.
• Plan and run industry events end-to-end.
• Develop sharp sales collateral: decks, one-pagers.
• Architect outbound campaigns targeting pharma decision-makers.
• Run rapid experiments to test channels and messaging.
