Job summary

Nox Metals is seeking a hands-on Growth Engineer to build the digital growth system that connects more customers and more demand to our AI-powered factories.

You will scale online GTM spend against contribution margin and LTV, improve the journey from discovery to quote, order and repeat purchase, and drive SEO and Answer Engine Optimization. You will ship experiments, landing pages, and automations using frontier tools to accelerate execution.

Qualifications

• Built or scaled a digital acquisition channel.
• Comfortable in a codebase, an ad account, and a dataset.
• Understands CAC, payback, conversion, retention, and attribution.
• Strong product sense and quick adaptation to new tools and markets.
• Owns outcomes rather than just operating within a narrow function.

Responsibilities

• Build our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategy.
