Job summary

Dust is seeking a Growth Engineer to write code that moves revenue, sitting at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. You’ll own the technical systems powering acquisition, activation, and conversion, building landing pages, tracking, and internal GTM tools.

You’ll collaborate with Growth Marketers and GTM Engineers, shipping AI-powered solutions and dashboards, using Dust's platform and Claude Code to accelerate growth while ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Software engineer first with full-stack capability (TypeScript/React + backend).
• AI-powered coding required; proficient with AI coding tools.
• Growth-focused mindset with interest in funnels and conversion.
• Hands-on with analytics and tracking (PostHog, GA4, Segment, etc.).
• Autonomous, fast-moving, and able to ship with minimal specs.
• 1–4 years professional software engineering experience.
• Ideal: SEO, Stripe integration, or developer marketing background.

Responsibilities

• Own landing pages, conversion flows, forms, and experiments on dust.tt.
• Implement end-to-end growth tracking across ad attribution, UTM, gclid, cookies, and HubSpot.
• Design rapid experiments and measure data-driven results.
• Build internal GTM tools and integrations between HubSpot, Stripe, and CRM/CDP.
• Own data stack: instrument events, dashboards in PostHog, Snowflake, Metabase; define metrics with GTM team.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineers and Growth Marketers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
