Job summary

Nox Metals is building AI-powered factories to accelerate American manufacturing. We seek a hands-on Growth Engineer to design and operate the digital growth system that connects more customers and more demand to those factories.

You will run experiments, optimize the journey from discovery to quote, order and repeat purchase, and develop SEO and Answer Engine strategies. You’ll pair quantitative rigor with strong product sense and be comfortable working in a codebase, ad account, and data.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a digital acquisition channel.
• Comfort working with a codebase, an ad account, and a dataset.
• Understanding CAC, payback, conversion, retention, and attribution.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to markets.
