Job summary

Rilla is hiring for a full-time, in-person Growth Engineer in NYC. You will scale paid ads, automate growth workflows, and integrate AI to personalize campaigns. You’ll build landing pages, automate tasks, and wire tools via APIs to accelerate growth.

You’ll work in a fast-paced startup culture, partnering with the Head of Growth and Marketing to push new channels and experiments. Relentless experimentation is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Scale our Meta ads program with creative testing, audience strategy, budget scaling, and relentless performance optimization.
• Automate repetitive processes and workflows to eliminate manual work.
• Contribute to the growth stack: Clay workflows, HubSpot workflows, and GTM integrations.
• Ship landing pages, websites, and automations without waiting on engineers.
• Wire tools together via APIs and webhooks to enable talk between systems.
• Integrate AI into growth workflows for personalization at scale.
• Support SDRs with better data, targeting, and efficiency.
• Find and ship new channels and experiments to accelerate growth.
