Loft is seeking a skilled Growth-focused full-stack engineer to join our US team. You will architect platforms, run experiments, and drive growth initiatives from idea to deployment.

Collaborating with data, product, and marketing, you will design A/B tests, analyze user behavior, integrate third-party tools, and optimize performance across systems. A strong CS degree and hands-on API/CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Solid full-stack engineering background.
• Experience in product launch or growth.
• Competence with analysis and experimentation tools.
• Proficiency working with APIs and marketing/CRM tools.
• Results-oriented approach with ability to translate ideas into high-quality technical specifications.
• Ability to drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Solid degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Owns solutions from ideation to deployment and performance monitoring.
• Designs, builds, and analyzes A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborates with data and product teams to analyze user behavior and propose technical solutions.
• Implements and integrates third-party growth tools and creates automation scripts.
• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks impacting growth metrics like loading times and API performance.
• Partners with marketing, product, and data teams to align priorities and execute a shared growth roadmap.
