Office Hours is building an on-demand expert network that connects organizations with trusted experts across domains. We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to own the growth stack, from signup and onboarding to experiments and analytics, working closely with marketing, product, and design.

You’ll prototype with AI coding tools, ship fast, measure impact, and improve two-sided funnels for organizations and experts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience across the stack and in growth-focused initiatives.
• Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, or funnel instrumentation.
• Comfort with SQL and product analytics to identify funnel leaks.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools to prototype and ship quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship across growth surfaces: landing pages, signup, onboarding, and funnels on both sides of the marketplace.
• Run end-to-end experiments: design, implement, measure, and discard underperforming tests.
• Develop and improve the experimentation and feature-flag infrastructure.
• Instrument funnels to reveal drop-offs and communicate findings to the team.
• Create internal tooling and automations to speed growth and marketing work.
• Leverage AI coding tools to prototype and ship rapidly while maintaining quality.
