Factagora is seeking a Growth Engineer to turn data into growth leverage across acquisition, activation, and retention. You will design experiments grounded in data, validate them quickly, and ship results into the product, operating at the intersection of marketing and engineering.

You will build features for lifecycle management, create dashboards for DAU, conversion, and churn, and optimize SEO and landing pages.

Formación

• 2+ years of software development experience or equivalent practical ability.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, GA, or Clarity.
• Ability to understand service metrics and connect them to technical solutions.
• Comfortable running fast experiments and iterations, and structuring the results clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and building features to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Designing A/B tests and funnel analyses, and analyzing growth experiment results.
• Building user lifecycle features such as onboarding flows, notifications, and email automation.
• Building dashboards to monitor growth metrics such as DAU, conversion rate, and churn.
• Providing technical support for acquisition channels, including SEO and landing page optimization.
• Collaborating with Product and Business teams to quickly ship experiment results into the product.
